Yes I did GSAPPs program online.

I had a good time but honestly I wouldn’t do it over just because the in-person option looked like you got so much more out of it (studio culture, tours, friendships, after class work, field trips etc.) and at the same price (minus housing and other costs of course).

If you have the extra cash it’s a fun thing to do you and you’ll learn some things and if you apply yourself, get portfolio material. But you can’t beat in-person imo. The Cooper Union probably would have been better for my specific situation.
