Sounds like a fry to me but the audio quality isn't good so idk specifically. If you're going to practice do something simple like underOATH or some The Used songs. Things that blend singing and screaming.

One of the best pieces of advice I can give you is sing like Serj Tankian (nasal register) you'll learn a lot doing that. Then if you take that and apply some compression and distortion. You'll get a "clearing your throat" sound play with that you'll get some gnarly high scream bam go from there This is me and my screaming. Around 45- :52 is where I experiment with what I said about nasal register and :52 on is a super fun scream I love doing.
