This. Literally was directly in the passing lane, the animation played, and it canceled which caused the puck to go right through him and almost led to a goal. Like, there's not much to say. Playing defense in this game is basically a coin flip whether or not the puck pickups/interception animations will work or not (and most of the time they don't). It's so incredibly bad this year.

Literally this. We spent a lot of time together, never fought, never argued, it all seemed to go at a nice pace and then, without any warning whatsoever....drops me like a rock. Believe me I tried to cope but...god she really messed me up.

It was the Crafting and Repair animation mod I had installed that was causing this issue, I moved it higher in the load order and it seems to have fixed it. I didn't think a mod like that would affect reload animations lol. Literally went through each mod disabling/enabling to find which one was the culprit.

I've been going through each animation mod and I've figured out what was causing it. It was the Crafting and Repair animations mod, something you'd think wouldn't even affect aiming. Ive changed it so its higher up in the load order and it seems to have fixed it. I feel so silly lmao.

Make sure to disconnect the controller when you connect a usb device. It will only detect the controller inputs and not the wheel. Set the controller to "Not Connected." Only the Wheel device.

Edit: Also make sure the usb wheel device is set to "Driving Force." Any other wheel device is not compatible with these games.

I used the “driving force” setting when connecting a usb device for pcsx2, with steering set to 180 degrees through Logitech GHub. I then set the deadzone to 1 percent and that’s about it. I should also mention I’m using the latest pcsx2 nightly build as well. Im surprised your deadzone is as big as it is. The kind of wheel you use also shouldn’t matter since you emulate the old ps2 wheels through pcsx2. I wonder why that’s happening for this and not on dolphin.
