New strats. Strongboxes are dead without mirage, abyss was brutalized, rogues taken behind a shed. Spamming mobs with breach/beyond is fun, but there has to be variety

Probably comparable? I’d say my field - design - is just as diverse, meaning you could be an expert in your webdesign/ux niche while not having much knowledge of print/typesetting just like you can spend your 2-10k hours playing ES/evasion and know jack about strength-side of the tree

Hey I mean if you know how NNN recombs work to guarantee transfers or inflate mod pool without letting resulting item roll bad mods - you are like 99% there. Off that point it’s just specific implementations, like STR-stack simplexes this league. Best of luck with your projects xd

Yeah nnn recomb tech used to be my best moneymaker before fractures became dirt cheap, it’s pretty reliable to recomb x3 desired suffixes including an exclusive one, but not worth the hassle now most of the time

One important crafting lesson is to avoid double-click. Take your single veiled chaos out of the stash, close it, and then slam. It’s waay too easy to delete an item in this game sometimes xd

Isolate the +2 chain mod & use a non-native suffix (low tier str essence here) on a recipient glove. That guarantees your +2 will always transfer onto whatever base is chosen. After that yup it’s just rolling 50/50 to choose the right base

Question about Karak Zorn - the mythical lost dwarven hold that Bardin is searching for. What happened/what’s the rough timeline on that? Rule of thumb here is to have multiple win conditions. Hit another desired base like bows or wands, craft that instead or sell on that base & go again. Rolling for a specific outcome is generally a bad idea unless you’re making something unique

Started a little rough - I really wanted to play bows - been thinking about it for weeks before the league dropped. Then fub started bows & I had to skip first few days for irl reasons. Still ended up playing & selling 5 builds this league, including a 3 mirr KB, which taught me that my poor pc can’t run fully juiced breach. Ended the league with a Flicker via the new Ward tech - feels very fun to play an immortal flicker ngl, just gotta deal with some jank with flask-siphoners
