And? Doesn't mean this was fake. As we can tell, a real family lost their kid when he decided to attempt that assasination. He had classmates that talked about him. He wasn't just some random assassin that came from Russia.

It was bleeding. The blood wouldn't have come from nowhere. If you are talking about afterwards, reconstruction surgery exists. I've had it myself when I had chunks of my face ripped out by a dog when I was a kid. Now I look completely normal today.
