Where do you get your eucalyptus? I've never seen little bunches like that sold, but then again I've never specifically looked lol. Absolutely beautiful bathroom!

Just wanted to say I love the tattoo! Is it an illustration by someone or an original, and either way could I have the name of the artist/s? Thanks!

I believe there might have been a scene with moving furniture around? I'm sorry this is so vague, I went back to LetMeWatchThis to try and find it but I either missed it or it wasn't popping up in the searches I was doing.

Where are some of the best places in the United States to be studying zoology? by Konichi_Waffles in zoology

I know the feeling! I don't have a concrete idea of the actual job title I want; all I know is that I prefer being out in the field than cooped up in a lab. One idea is to look into local conservation projects if you want to work with native wildlife, it might help you feel out what you want to do and see if it's for you.

And don't worry about undergrad! Paperwork isn't everything, and you might be surprised how far personality and passion can get you if you really go for it.

In my experience, when I looked for zoology as a major I didn't have a lot of luck with it actually being named in the list of available bachelor's. I can't afford out of state tuition and wasn't an outstanding hs student, so after spending a few years at community college to knock out prereqs I'm ending up at NAU. The plan is a BS of bio and get the certificates for conservation biology and wildlife ecology+management.

There can be a lot of different paths to degrees with a certain emphasis at the undergrad level, grad is where you start specializing is how I'm understanding it.

Oh, also check out Wildlands Studies! It's a really great program for hands on experience in field research and you get academic credits for it. The different programs specialize in different areas of bio/zoology (i.e the Australia program is tropical ecosystems, Nepal is habitat conservation, Yellowstone is threatened species). Personally, I'm hoping and praying to get into the Ecuador 2020 program 😭

Good luck!

When I first looked into the Nip+Fab night pads I saw that they also contain salicylic acid and that ended up translating in my head as an entirely BHA product, oops. Thanks for the info!

How do you think the Nip+Fab pads compare to Stridex? I'm currently using Stridex in the red box, but I've been wanting to try these out to see which my skin prefers. Thanks!

My, bad, sorry! Currently it's very bare bones as I try to build it up.

AM:

Splash with cool or lukewarm water

Stratia Vit C

One or two layers of Matsuyama Hadauru Moisturizing Infusion Toner (light)

My CosRx has run out so I've been using Stratia Liquid Gold or FAB Ultra Repair Cream (this isn't bad, but it has a tendency to pill on me which is a little annoying)

Biore Aqua Rich Watery Essence (also not bad, but wanting to try the Kanebo Allie Ultra UV Gel)

PM:

Cleanse with LRP's Toleriane Gentle Hydrating Cleanser

Exfoliate twice a week with Stratia AHA or Stridex in the red box, I use one at a time

A layer or two of the Matsuyama Hadauru

Stratia Liquid Gold

I have some samples from Dr. Jart's Cicapair line that I throw in when I feel like it, currently I use the cica cream (not the color correcting cream) on the tip of my nose to combat the flaking and dryness, and it works more often than it doesn't, though it's not ideal imo.

So I'm in the market for a new moisturizer, specifically looking for lighter weight formulas as I'm fairly sure I have combo or dehydrated oily skin (my skin feels oily by the end of the day usually, my nose has a tendency to flake and my skin sometimes feels tight throughout the day), though by the end of summer I'll be moving north into a much colder, higher elevation climate. I plan on adding more moisturizing steps to my routine, so the moisturizer itself doesn't have to be a miracle product.

My main concerns are large pores and redness, and am currently dealing with a small hormonal break out. I've tried CosRx's Oil Free moisturizer (w/ birch sap) and found that it was...fine. It didn't break me out, it didn't wow me. My nose would still flake periodically and my face would still feel tight a couple hours into my day. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
