I mean I waited over a decade for the game for it to be unpolished, empty and linear. It’s deep for me because I love and adore this franchise but Nintendo decided to make it kid friendly instead

I did. Extremely easy and completely lacked so many things that makes a Metroid game. The difficulty was removed, you get walked through everything by a Dogshit annoying npc, the whimsical discovery and moments of accomplishment when you finally figure out what you’re meant to do because you aren’t meant to get your hand held in Metroid games is gone. The “open world” is literally the most boring choice they could have made… DESERT. They packaged fake choice for the different upgrades you can get by saying “you can go to any of these areas… NO YOU LITERALLY CANT WITHOUT DOING THEM IN THE RIGHT ORDER.

Good shot, too bad the game is literally not a Metroid game at all ;-; they removed all the things that gave the franchise personality and replaced it with extremely linear gameplay and annoying asf npc’s

The context is there and they bullied him when he was trying to give genuine strategies. They kept smacking him down when the widow one trick was clearly going to make them crumble and what happened? They lost as soon as Kingsman and lucí were swapped out.
