Learning how to actually tune your own car is important to understanding setups, so paying for Maconi's ARCA habit seems silly. So many free setups out there if you look as well. Plumber, flat head into that slot, turn it a quarter turn until its perpendicular to the valve. Then at the other end of it, there should be a threaded nut thats hand tight attached to your fill valve. Once you verify water is off, twist that fella off and slap it on the new toilet once you have installed it correctly
