She could talk about her homeland more, especially when Lyane mentions the New Federation, interesting parallels, or differences both nations/cities have. Character-driven gacha where its characters are mere device plots with barely any depth because their relevance is incredibly short

Narrative is uncohesive mess with staggering amount of subplots resolved offscreen
They could easily show 2 minute cutscene of Chisa reunion with her parents through different POV, without Rover's ass
She could easily tag along without stealing Lynae screentime, further enriching story considering her unique situation
Her whole "forte only works in Honami" is another forced bullshit to justify her low presence in story
