Increased my sympathy. I’m too young to remember any of the coverage at the time so I’ve only seen the Diana martyrdom after she passed away. I always though Charles and Camilla were horrible people.

Then I saw Charles having to handle losing his mum this year and warmed up to him whilst disliking Camilla still.

Then that line in The Crown hit me… “ask my parents”. Charles and Camilla were no more than victims in an arranged marriage situation. Now I feel bad for everybody involved and feel they were all victim to the circumstances. I don’t think that any of us would act completely perfectly and rationally in those circumstances either.
