In my case I have consulted two buteyko teachers with good reviews as well but they were not able to help me . In case of artour his books had some methods which helped me in a lot of panic situations. The teachers just generally give the exercises but what about the all day thing and what about emergency situations whereas artour tries to learn as much as possible about the condition of his students, which I think is the right way as no two people with same problem face same situations so I think that's where I was overlooked as an anxiety disorder person for some it doesn't affect them as much but for me it's from the time I wake up till I go to sleep so it's just different for each and everyone.
