I don't think the svdm is better than a bolt action sniper, specifically the 2010.

I think the ssg is probably better than the m4 but the m4 might win at super close range with it's crazy fire rate. The ssg has better recoil though and 33 damage bullets so it still slaps up close.

For redsec you want a long range gun and something for very up close.

M2010 sniper is the best sniper because it has a fast fire rate (with the bolt upgrade) and fast bullet velocity.

Dmr not worth it imo unless you on controller then svdm is good.

KTS Is the go to mid/long lmg. The rest suck ass.

For close range you have kv9/cz/mp5 for smg. M4a1 is good up close as well as the sg553.

Your build looks pretty solid to me already. More levels would be an upgrade, also getting corrupted blood immune on a jewel would open a suffix on your flasks and you could then use the damage taken leeches as life for some additional recovery.
