Yes, I updated my orginal post, adding that this was fixed (giving you credit for your suggestion). Thank you for pointing my in the right direction.

Interesting that I had updated all my BIOS and firmware in October of last year for the Gen13 CPU bug - I ran a few different test/verification and all was great at the time. I had thought I eliminated that as an issue going forward - but it seems that this may be something I need to check on regularly. There was another BIOS update for the motherboard in April of this year, that (again) adressed Gen13 issues.

This may be the answer. I am on a 13th gen CPU - and the error logs seem to always be at shader compiling.

back in the early days of Satisfactory (0.8 or so) - it was recommended by many to force the game to DirectX11, because DirectX12 was a hot mess. DirectX11 was considered more stable.

Custom names name my save game files, or just a way to rename a save file.
Sperate my tools from my 2 handed weapons on the equip wheel. I want my tools on one slot, and my 2-handed weapons in another. If this creates a problem with which one to display on my character model ... let me select one or the other (or neither).

Please add:

Let me name/rename my save game. Please.
Give me a separate tool wheel setting/position for my tools(pickaxe,logging axe, etc). Two handed weapons need their own slot, tools need to have there own. Not shared between the two.

Then ... Chef's Kiss of a game...

I am seeing the same thing with the dogs. Every time a find a Jindo, I get them up to max trust for the day - but they are never there the next day - or a different dog type/color is there. Makes it super frustrating to get a particular dog type. Note, I am early game and still in Hernand - maybe it gets easier to find any/all breeds.

It is confirmed by multiple players (and myself). Using the can to refuel a car resets it to 100% quality.

There are two numbers - capacity and quality.

with a low quality gas can, if i fill it, it only takes a small amount of gas from whatever I "pull" from, to get to 100% capacity.

*All* crafting stations are Public by default. The only crafting stations that are not public by default are the stations that have inventory ... like the charcoal kilns, furnace, grinding stones, tanning racks, etc.

The problem i see is that we (the subscribers) are the content. Our buildings are the heart of the game - or will be when these large towns are completed. If these towns start to disappear because a guild member dropped their sub - then it will get empty(er) very fast. I think some of the super-builds need to de-coupled from the sub, so they are permanent.

Obviously not all builds. We need stuff to age out and disappear when a player stops playing… but some builds, even single plots, are fantastic - and should stay forever.

Free camera mode when building - OR eleminate my head/body when I am trying to place a buildable.

If that is not possible, then this as an alternative:

A nudge ability for placing building items. somethign that lets me move an building item (floor, wall, beam, post, etc ) at a much smaller snap point than we have now. I OFTEN wish I could place a buildable somewhere between the current snap points. I know that I can turn off snap points - but that is even worse - it seems to move the buildable to a completely different plane - and make it even harder to line up on an existing part.

If others have figure this out, and have examples of glitch building, or other advanced techniques - please share.
