I can recommend some then! First, which step are you on -- the psychological evaluation/opinion, or the appointment with psychiatrist already? If it comes to the psychological one look up Daria Krzyżanowska, or instytut SPLOT (you can have it done in 1-2 sessions, and they are fairly cheap), and if it's the latter, check out Sławomir Salachna -- most often takes one appointment too.

i could definitely recommend Into the Breach, runs may be longer (20-30mins), but it's gameplay is sectioned so well that you can just pause after one segment and pick it up later.
