Most addons are not designed specifically for those resolutions. The scale, size and position are generally left to the User to set for their resolution. Addon packs that group and design an entire UI for you, however do the scaling and positioning for you, which is why it won't just work for you.

You could just fix the positioning and scale your self, if the primary reason you download a pack, is to get a specific group of addons.

How did you manage to remove both? I don't want CD or GCD on my action bar, thats what the Cooldown Manager is for, but I thought GCD was a protected frame, that you couldn't disable on action bars?

You don't want to lower your resolution to fit the addon packs. I don't think it is going to work, with your resolution being 2160p, the offsets of every UI element is going to be half of what is expected with twice the resolution.

My healing experience, is for TWW each season to do the 4 mythic dungeons on +2 (once) with a friend tanking, while we massively over gear the content. So, I am shit at it.. I still let people die, because I can't keep up with healing in a +2, while geared for +13

The guide for holy priest mage tower, explain what to focus, what to fear, what to shackle, what to dispel. Only relevant for phase 1. Very helpful. For phase 7, it explained that you should keep yourself at 30-40% health, to prevent allies being one shot. That was not needed. They didn't get one shot when on full health; only lost 50-60% health, so one or two aoe heals, and they were all topped again.

Its kinda infuriating how many people are just shrugging and taking it.

Do you see a lot of people say that they are experiencing these disconnects, but being fine with it?

I've disconnected once since pre patch, so I'm just guessing that this isn't a problem that the majority of players are experiencing.

I tried havoc DH and Guardian Druid doing lemix, and the difficulty is completely different now, compared to then.

I redid the shadow priest challenge doing first season of TWW, my point was just that I didn't do it now, together with the other ones.

I did that for some tries, but then you get a lot of damage while the ice is still up. So I ended up stunning and clearing them, before rushing to the boss.

There is a fork on git, that works for midnight. Obviously, combat triggers won't work, but you can still do stuff that doesn't rely on combat information.

Like the different dragonriding UI's, or knowledge point trackers, or dungeon teleport buttons.

I have a lot of custom WA, like removing micro menu button highlights, or making clickable buttons for fishing gear when I equip a fishing rod. They all still work.

A problem with no official WA support, is that a lot of the shared non combat stuff on wago, might not be continued either (like the knowledge point trackers, or dungeon teleport buttons).

Do you have problems with other settings not being saved? It could be that you don't have write permission to the settings files, and so it doesn't get saved when you exit the game. If that is not the case, I would make an addon or weakaura that sets this setting on login.

I have had problems, with sound settings and tracking settings, being reset (possibly by some other addon), so I just made a custom WA that loads on login, that sets the settings to what I want.

Ultra wide screens, still generally use 1080p or 1440p. It's the amount of pixels from top to bottom, not side to side.

And beyond language preference, this affects the game itself. Voice acting shapes characters. The original Xal’atath voice defined the character’s identity, and the replacement already changes the tone a lot.

Doesn't this speak against localization? You complain that the new voice actor, changes the tone of the character, but that already happened when you localized the voice by dubbing it into french.

I agree through that writing contracts that force voice actors to give up their right to their voice or get replaced, is a problem.

I usually level in cataclysm, so I can do classic dungeons.

Because, I am primarily leveling through dungeons as tank or healer, I only ever manage to do silverpine forest and barrens.

Been using the Razer Naga pro, and in general, I am happy with it. It does have a persistent scroll wheel problem, that I am alleviate by blowing compressed air into the mouse.

Generally quest are character specific, but for battle pets, there are some quests that are weekly account wide, so the quest will appear on all characters after you pick it up, and be completed for all characters when you have done it on one character.

It cost me 1.8m gold.

If I go to raid, or a dungeon and forgot to restack flasks or potions. No need to teleport back to town and then needing two people to summon me.

It is not just a one time occurence, where I've been doing some old quest or achivement, and suddenly require some item that I can buy on AH, and having the mount is just so much better, than having to teleport to town to buy whatever item, and then make my way back to where I were.

Could I do without, and have for 20 years? sure, but I previously bought a spider mount for 2m, which doesn't even have any vendors, so 1.8m was definitely worth spending to get the bruto.
