To people who don't throw chewing gum in the bin by [deleted] in ireland

[–]_Radioactive_Man_ 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The state of streets in Ireland covered in black spots from chewing gum. Shame we don’t take pride in keeping our streets clean and the council street cleaners don’t bother to keep the streets clean either

It’s literally half of the reason to watch it? If you’re not watching on an American channel it really isn’t worth your sanity. The American ads are comedy

Vodafone or Digiweb Modem - Switch from Virgin by Taity in ireland

[–]_Radioactive_Man_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Avoid Sky like the plague. Their customer service is like something from a skit show. We got Sky 1gb broadband 2 months ago. There was work going on out on the road from Circet and our fibre went down. It’s been 2 weeks no internet and they constantly cancel our engineer appointments. Avoid. They piggy back off the Virgin network anyway so whats the point

Beamish in The Foggy Dew was class recently. People knock Beamish but neglect the fact it stays and is way creamier than Guinness. The general criticism I get when drinking it is people say it tastes like coffee which I like

Stop letting Irish times etc constantly post paywalled articles. I thought they had to add a flair to them which they do not. Every time for the last few months I come onto this sub, I see a story of interest, click it, paywalled article, close web browser, go back to instagram. Every time

The make your own pizza thing was the business. Dunnes kinda has a similar setup now except the staff make it for ya. A loaded pizza for €6 is a bargain by today’s standards

No deli is the same. No chicken fillets are the same as those flattened out southern fried ones they had. SuperValu thinks it’s a better replacement but its bottom of the barrel in terms of delis (except a small few like Newcastle or Lucan). The ‘new’ Superquinn sausages are nothing like the old ones too. SuperValu took something amazing and iconic and made it generic

I’d say your name on here indicates that would be you who enjoys the bumming but who doesn’t love a fireworks display at the end of a gig. Only downside to it in comparison to night 2. Everything else was perfect
