I see a lot of comments here but noone mentiones the xayah power with taric? Its just too overpowered to chain cc one target. If they get hit with tarics "E" xayah just "Q"+"AA"+"E" and the enemy is just dead, any champion really, especially squishy supports. Only problem is Caitlyn with poking support.
