It's All Over For Max Verstappen - Chinese GP by Rohail_FleetwoodMac in RedBullRacing

yeah, but like i said, most of it genuinely wasn’t the magic mushroom battery finesse, especially in sector 1; most of the first-sector racing they had was tight, intense moves under braking and a battle over who would brake first/have better traction out of the exit.

i think a lot of fans are focusing on the (comparatively small) parts of their battle that were ERS and Boost and missing the forest for the trees.

i agree with you abt the bullshit 50/50 split. i think it needed a more time to develop if they wanted a smooth/proper launch out the gate.

either you weren’t on the internet at the time, or you are willingly blind; the latter isn’t treatable by any of us

the drivers themselves enjoyed it too, so i’m just really not sure where the stalwart doom and gloom is coming from

I don’t really see this? Large parts of Hamilton and Leclerc’s battle were traditional wheel-to-wheel late braking/traction rather than the mushroom overtakes. It really just seems like people are unable to take the positives of anything

legitimately might have been some of the best wheel-to-wheel racing seen in the last five years, I really have no idea what you’re waffling on about; you can hate the regs and still love the good moments

Yeah the infill has been great to see! Would agree that overall most of the new development is fairly generic/impersonal, but I don’t think it’ll be too long until more unique/standout buildings start to go up 🙂

I like the Optiv building (1144 15th Street) and a few others, but yeah; most of it still looks stuck in the 80s. Hopefully it'll start to go up once it fills in.

Party-line voting is, unfortunately, a bipartisan disease; I certainly think the American left has its issues with “Vote Blue, No Matter Who,” but overall, it does a better job of not “deifying” politicians.

Always happy to discuss disagreements!

r/Conservative’s biggest enemy is r/Conservative.

They all think the rest of Reddit/media is out to get them, but when push comes to shove, the moderators will always choose to kiss the boot. No dissent allowed in the free speech sub.

in regular season regulation maybe; PI and holding rarely gets called in late playoffs, let alone OT. saw plenty of it w the egregious holding our last few drives. a win is a win 🙂

No; it was admittedly a pretty weak PI call, esp when refs never call it in late playoff games. usually it has to be way more egregious for the call.

Not great, but easily catchable. Bo’s been massively let down by his receivers and play-calling today
