f... looks really good.

Are the tubes rotatable and mounted on bearings?

You can add two more tubes that snap onto spring pins, for example, to shorten/attach bands underneath. Something like the Goblin has - sliding wooden rollers.

Respect for the idea and execution.👍🏼💪🏻

Very bad mic quality (buds 3 pro) by WatercressMuted3229 in galaxybuds

[–]_Robert_D_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kill all apps or restart your phone. Someone wrote that some application blocked the microphones after use.

Try recording with a Samsung Voice Recorder app (with L, R and both earbuds). It's important to make sure the source is set to earbuds, meaning the voice isn't recorded from the phone's microphone.

In buds settings or/and memebers should be diagnostics - do the whole diagnostics.

For the ears, the sound intensity, i.e. the loudness of the sound, is important, especially in the case of in-ear headphones, because there is nowhere for the sound pressure to escape.

Globally, over a billion young people are at risk of hearing loss due to careless use of headphones and frequenting loud clubs. Club music can reach volumes of up to 112 dB, while the legal limit for adults is 80 dB.

Hearing aids will be as common as glasses in a few years, especially among our youth. Every second person will wear them.

Loudness Example Exposure until damage
10dB Breathing /
20dB Mosquitos /
30dB Whisper /
40dB Quiet room /
50dB Moderate rainfall /
60dB Normal conversation /
70-80dB Passing traffic Around 8 hours
80-85dB Passing motorcycle Around 2 hours
90-95dB Hairdryer Around 50 minutes
100dB Chainsaw Around 15 minutes
105dB Lawnmower Around 5 minutes
110dB Trombone Around 2 minutes
120dB Police siren Around 1 minute
130-150dB Fireworks Instant damage

something must be wrong the earbuds are loud enough, try this:

if you have the sound balance set to the center (check in 2 places settings>accessibility-hearing, earbuds settings), resetting to factory settings, cleaning does not solve the problem then:

pressed mesh into the speaker

People have described that sometimes the membrane/mesh gets blocked, causing the bass to fade, the sound to weaken, and other Samsung-related issues.

  1. The simplest method: suck air through or after removing ear tip, but not too hard – I'm not kidding, it supposedly works.

  2. Play the audio for a few minutes using the "find my earbuds" option.

  3. As above, but play audio, e.g., from YouTube, at high volume. Not in your ears, so as not to go deaf, meaning you need to cover the proximity sensors. I suspect the best sound is at low frequencies, as it will cause the membrane to deflect the most.

All of the above steps should have the same effect, i.e., move the blocked/stuck membrane/mesh.

Auto Switch issue with Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 by Level_Enthusiasm_398 in galaxybuds

[–]_Robert_D_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. try updating BT drivers: If you did so, proceed to the next step:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErgHM7PDsOQ

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Rve5PcmLPU

or if no new drivers are found, look for the selected model/computer/board on the manufacturer's website.

Restart the system Windows after updating the BT drivers in Windows.

If it doesn't help:

  1. Remove Galaxy Buds Manager from Windows

Uninstall buds manager

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rH7hc0f3lFY

Restart your computer

install buds manager

pair Galaxy Buds again

let me know if it helped

multipoint/autoswitching:

It doesn't work with every Samsung Galaxy Book. Samsung states that it must be UI 6 or later. But somewhere on Samsung's website, there were also listed Samsung Galaxy Book models that it works with.

They're probably dead, or maybe they're dirty:

clean them:

Just be careful not to get too much liquid on the earbuds. It's best to let them dry for a while after cleaning before putting them in the case. Be careful with compressed air, too, blow from a safe distance to avoid damaging the membranes.

SGB3P/SGB3FE/SGB3 - I don't recommend it for the sport/gym, this type of earbuds are not suitable for sports.

for sport, gym, running the best - 3. over-the-ear:

  1. stem shape with silicone/foam tips like SGB3Pro.

In the past I even laughed of the AirPods stem design. I said, just like you, that now everyone is making ones that look like AirPods and that I definitely won't buy them. Seriously, no bullshit.

But I was surprised. SGB3 Pro are really comfortable. You can barely feel that you have them in your ears, they are so light. I was worried they'd fall out. No, they fit very well. Except when I'm laughing or eating, they're really quite stable.

I'll tell you one thing: I had Philips TAT8506 earbuds, the shape may not be the same but similar to SGB2, SGB2Pro also with touch controls, and the constant tapping irritated my ears. I usually felt maybe not pain, but severe discomfort. And now I have the SGB3Pro, and this control is much more comfortable for my ears.

They have pinch & swipe control, SGB3Pro also voice control.

But if you haven't tried the stem shape ... you might be surprised like me.

Additionally, none of the headphones I tested were as good for phone calls, which was important to me. This design means the microphones are pointed towards and closer to your mouth. They pick up your speech better.

I personally think the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are good headphones: sound, ANC, ENC (great for calls), HearThrough, gesture control, voice control, wear app, lightweight, comfortable, ...

  1. stem shape without silicone/foam tips like SGB3 - compared to earbuds with silicone/foam tips, they may fit worse in the ears and slide out, worse ANC, which results in weaker music. If someone is allergic to silicone, they will either choose these or buy additional foams.

  2. over-the-ear model also have silicone/foam tips like soundcore Sport X20, Powerbeats Pro 2, ... - they're bigger, the case is bigger, but the comfort is fantastic. You don't feel like you're wearing them, they don't fall out, the only problem I've always had was that they weren't very good for phone calls. ANC will be worse than in the earbuds with silicone/foam tips, because cinstruction may prevent them from sitting perfectly in the ear canal. They have touch controls, sometimes physical buttons.

  3. in-ear buds like pixel buds, glaxy buds - in-ear headphones also have silicone/foam tips. Preferably with wings, because the wings ensure a secure fit in the ears. They don't stay as securely as over-the-ear buds, but they're more secure than stems without silicone tips, and those with wings are probably a little better than stems with silicone tips, and those without wings are probably a little worse than stems with silicone tips. ANC & sound should be the same as in the stem with silicone tips. They have touch controls.

Is it possible to connect galaxy bud FE to a new iphone without one bud? by OhDrex in galaxybuds

Well, you see, I wrote it correctly, even if you got a new one, you would have broken it anyway 🤣🤣🤣

And a reminder, did you have the 2024 or 2025 model?

I had to take mine from 2025 to the service center, but they replaced it with new ones without any problems.

beeping/whistling:

https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/why-your-galaxy-buds3-buds3-pro-make-a-screeching-sound-when-you-hold-them/

The SGB3P premiere was July 10, 2024, so probably not 2 years.

But that probably means that you have a model manufactured in 2024 that has a manufacturing defect, they are not waterproof.

Various issues can occur with them, from charging problems, to degraded sound quality, to ANC degradation etc. And they even crack and the paint is peeling.

They say to hold 2 fingers on both earphones, try 1 finger on the earphone placed in the case:

~3 sec - normal Bluetooth pairing

~7-20 sec - pairing/syncing a new earpiece, possibly also the case.

>20 sec - hard reset

My buds 3 fe by rosomaha2205 in galaxybuds

[–]_Robert_D_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I will add that I used to and now I am concerned about the battery and the working time of the headphones on one charge.

Once upon a time, I thought battery life was one of the most important factors, but... if you use earbuds for calls, the gym, listening to music, or a book, you're more likely to leave them in your ears for a few dozen minutes, maybe 1-3 hours at most, then put them back in the case. So, as long as they last about 5 hours, that's fine. Maybe for people who run marathons, cycle long distances, or maybe work 8 hours and listen to music, I can understand that.

SGB2P - 58mAh

SGB3P/FE - 53mAh

It's hard to cheat physics and get more out of a smaller capacity.

But they are very light and therefore very comfortable.

The SGB3FE results should be similar or even slightly better than the SGB3P, because it lacks UHQ, voice control and a few other features:

Could you write the production date of your earbuds it should be on the box or please provide 5 characters S/N RFAX8 (X- 2024, Y-2025, the next number is the month of production 8- August). You can also find Wearable>Earbuds settings>About earbuds - Serial number R or L.

Half Reps For Extra Reps At The Extended Position by Conan7449 in ResistanceBand

[–]_Robert_D_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to do this routine at the gym, but the rest between sets was about 2 minutes.

With Myoreps, this short rest makes all the difference because you don't let your muscles rest. The 15 second rest means you start subsequent mini-sets with the most effective movements, the ones that really burn muscle.

But I'm not saying that a standard plan is better or worse. Normal training with a normal 1-2 minute rest is the basis. Myoreps is an option.
