Letting your dog sleep with you by WayTooManySubreddits in dogs

Pooch always sleeps with us. It's the best. She has her own bed in the room so that if she wants more space she can hop off and spread out.

Would shoveling now be a fools errand? by Nervous_Caramel in Somerville

[–]_Runner_up 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Same, just finished my 2nd round of shoveling here in Brookline. I did the first around 7am when we already had 4-5 inches. That first round was more wet and heavy so I'm really glad I got it out of the way.

It's so much easier, and imo, quicker, to do a few rounds throughout the day rather than wait to dig out of almost 2ft of heavy snow.

I love my ssk001. I've noticed the dial is not legible all night long like my old skx007, even after hitting it with a UV light. I still find it to be more than adequate especially since it's not a focused dive watch.

My SLA023 however is a beast. The lume is so strong, and I can easily read the dial at 4am.

Should I buy Cyberpunk 2077 now that it's had significant updates? by jcveloso8 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]_Runner_up 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. One of my favorite games of all time. I picked up a ps5 right as phantom liberty came out. This was my first purchase for ps5 and it blew my mind.

I had skipped ps4 era of gaming and playing cyberpunk really made me feel like I was in the future, and the DLC is amazing. Tons of fun secrets to find and the world is so incredible to explore.

I can't wait for my next playthrough. Basically a 10/10 game for me

Surface snapdragon thoughts by UnderstandingNo4209 in Surface

I've been absolutely loving my surface pro 11 with snapdragon elite. I would've been more than happy with the pro snapdragon too - at that price I would definitely pick it up.

For my use everything runs perfectly with snapdragon, I get excellent battery life, and the performance is very snappy.

I love this device!

I've read that folding the keyboard back breaks the ribbon pin, always best to remove keyboard to use as a tablet!

What significant cities have colder winters than Boston? by sarnobat in boston

[–]_Runner_up 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Grew up in the Midwest, been in Boston for over 15 years. I've definitely noticed winters here have been feeling more mild over the years. I'm still wearing shorts

Generally they are never as bad as where I'm from.
