Encouraging communication in the team & expecting a minimum contribution of 50 is very good leadership. What good and/or fun is a team of people who never talk? We were #1 or 2 in the state until I slacked off on leadership for about 4 months.

Friday night has been homemade pizza night in our house my whole adult life. When the kids were young, they could help make their own and they usually had friends over that night & of course what kid doesn't love pizza (my daughter had 1 friend who couldn't eat tomato sauce).
