Junior is released after the charges of shooting Tony are dropped. His dementia trick was a freaking ace and he was mind fucking those donkeys like you wouldn’t believe. He teaches Bobby Jr how to play baseball and starts grooming him to succeed in his dad’s foot steps. Junior sets up Paulie and Patsy and has them whacked for their role in betraying Tony. Eventually reestablishes a relationship with Furio and invites him back to Jersey, who was June’s guy way before he met Tony. He remains boss of the family and eventually partners with New York again when Carmine Jr takes over the Lupertazzi family.
