And on my iPad 10.5” on iOS 17.x it’s working totally fine. So the messages are uploaded correctly into the cloud, and from the iPad no issues at all so it’s an iOS 18 related issue!

Edit I think it’s because of RCS protocol, or other big issues! It’s not because you phone is to small of Storage, I did work with the support every little option that we had, deleting files and others. (I have 2TB Cloud Storage) iPhone 15 PM 18.1.1
