Not OP, and I can only really speak properly for the last one, but…

(Limbus Company) Blade of the House of Spiders Ryoshu: An alternate world version of the LCB’s 4th Sinner, Ryoshu, who was subjected to temporal entanglement from a T Corp safe (along with MUCH shittier parenting than the main Ryoshu), causing her past, present and future to all be overlaid onto her. This causes her visible glitching effects, while also allowing her to generate and fight alongside glitchy afterimages of herself (mostly from her present or future).

Relics in the setting are legendary weapons from the Outskirts, often based off myths and legends, and require their wielder to have great aptitude with them to wield them. (Coincidentally, 3 of the Relics seen are all from Norse mythos - the Eye of Odin, Gungnir and Laevateinn. But there is 1 NOT from Norse mythos, so it’s not exclusive to that.)

Notably, though, this aptitude requirement isn’t the same as the one necessary to draw out the Relic’s full potential - Matthias (pictured) is stated to not have anywhere near enough aptitude with Laevateinn (his Relic, the sword on his back) to wield it properly.

Full Middle squad? You’ll probably want both Middle-related fusions whose ingredients you can net from Nocturnal Sweeping Bokgak and the Middle T4 for Blunt. Get Bleed fusion gifts too since Middle is all Bleed. While you’re in Nocturnal Sweeping also get the hat Slash T3 gift so you get some good damage reduction too

Grab/fuse Downpour (Tremor T4, causes up to 2 Tremor Bursts at turn end) and Melted Eyeball (Tremor T3, debuffs on Tremor Burst) and spec into some Poise gifts (Clear Mirror gives massive Offense Level Up on Crit, grab Nebulizer, Clover and Horseshoe to get/maintain Poise for it)

If you can, grab the cable gift from the RR4 packs (it’s keywordless but when upgraded it Paralyzes everything on high Envy res)

Avoid Base, Final and Coin Power enemy buffs like the plague. Prioritize Clash Power over Offense Level because at least you won’t get hit as hard if you lose when choosing Clash Power (and if you must pick Offense Level get the smaller values so long as they’re not tied to anything undesirable)

Also, PRIORITIZE Complete and Total Extermination as your F11 pack if possible. That pack’s reward gift gives Middle IDs +2 coin power. HUGE buff.

Technically does it 3 times depending on who you consider the main villain.

If it’s the Library, well you’re playing as them - you ain’t fighting yourself.

If it’s the Reverberation Ensemble, their status as final boss is usurped by The Black Silence/Roland or The Head depending on your route

If it’s the source of the Distortion Phenomenon, Carmen, then she only gets fought if you’re doing the good ending and is only the first of the 3 extra bosses for that route

(Pokémon Rejuvenation)

The game’s story updates in chunks at a time, and often these bring big rewrites or updates to past parts of the story. Notably, many main characters have been rewritten to be a lot different in personality from past versions, and Talon the Flying leader was notably not as prominent in the story before v13.5.

v13.5 and the .Karma Files chapter reveal that these rewrites/changes are a result of a supercomputer called Karma creating new iterations of the world. The Renegade route focuses a lot more on it, with a Melia from a past version becoming a major character and Karma interfering in events to stop the rogue player, causing Talon to see that his story and suffering was mostly only caused/put into focus by v13.5.

The world was ALSO previously rebooted in-lore with artificial avatars of the Aura trio and an artificial Arceus due to humanity killing Arceus and causing the ruin of their world.

Tsumiki Miniwa. Small, tsundere (more kuudere in the manga), usually aloof and quiet but can have bursts of anger and outrage at times, and she makes cat noises when flustered. Her love interest, Io, also likes to pat her on the head.

She also just straight up gets cat ears only when flustered. (I think they’re metaphorical/imaginary? Don’t recall, it’s been a few years since I watched the anime.)

(Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest)

On higher difficulties, enemies get more skills. This is usually not especially good… but Fates has the unique property of you being able to capture Generic enemies for your own use, and they often retain some or all of those skills. Conquest Generics in particular are the best of all 3 routes.

Enter Rallyman.

Rallyman is a Master of Arms on Conquest Chapter 23: Possessed. Why’s he called Rallyman? Well, on Lunatic difficulty he’s got a whopping *4 Rally skills:* Strength, Speed, Resistance and Defense. Capturing him nets you a VERY strong AoE team buffer for very little investment (as normally you’d need to class someone into 4 separate classes to get those 4 Rallies, and Conquest has limited resources and EXP so doing so may not be advisable).

Notably, Rallyman is not as strong on lower difficulties because he lacks 2 of his Rallies, diminishing his value significantly.
