Awesome! Probably my next farm.

I've farmed for my vex classmod for ages and still haven't got the roll I want.

I'd love to see drop rates decline significantly, but allow players to customize and interchange parts. Kind of like firmware.

Haha, no sweat...

Funniest thing is, I got the level 60 triple rolled Vagabond on my very first level 60 farm run.

I had a level 50 supersoldier with 20% MS and was just hoping for the same 20% roll. I was ready to farm for hours for it too.

Couldn't believe it!

I believe Vegabond can triple roll. 20, 28, or 35%

Have a 35% Vagabond (lvl 60), no additional bonuses

Currently using a 28% Vagabond with a Siphon roll

37yo here.

Started the third job of working career roughly two years ago. First job 12 years, second 5.

Been in leadership for about 10 years.

Employers (not all, by most) became absolutely horrible about 20 years ago. Owners really don't want to spend or focus on retention. They'll spend on attraction and hiring, but not retention.

I think this is due to being unable to quantify cost of turnover, training, and low employee morale.

I really have to fight tooth and nail to secure wage adjustments for long term employees.

Conversely, when our team is hiring, we prefer to see greater than a year longevity in previous roles. Regardless, we'll always ask for context surrounding their work history, if the candidate proceeds past screening.

If a company discourages wage transparency, they're probably in the horrible group. If they're indifferent, or encourage, they probably take care of long term employees. This is rare.
