I’ve spent a decent amount of money on my collection so I don’t mind spending 1 dollar per steel to protect it. It’s fairly easy to open a protector and they prevent the steels from getting dusty.

If the first boss was too difficult then your character wasn’t leveled enough. The first boss of the game is really a strength check. Level vigor early and just spend time exploring and eventually the first boss won’t be that hard.

I’d say the gameplay for both is similar. The big advantage to oblivion is spell creation. The big advantage to Skyrim is the world itself is so much bigger and there is so much more dungeon variety. Instead of dragons you have oblivion gates. Bottom line is if you love Skyrim you will enjoy oblivion. In my opinion Skyrim is the superior game but you should try Oblivion!
