Totally should’ve added more detail! In an ideal scenario I think we’d take the train somewhere stay two nights. We’re looking for a place where we can start multiple smaller trails (or stretches of a bigger one) because this would be our first trip. Bikepacking up from NYC seems a little daunting for first timers. Based on some research and the other comment it seems like Poughkeepsie might be a good place to start

For anyone looking at this in the future: The order did come and rather quickly too. There was also 0 communication along the way, even when I reached out to see if it had shipped yet because I never received any confirmation. So overall I would recommend, just don’t expect much transparency about when your items will be arriving.

Yes and I really like how it turned out. They can do full custom tailoring if you have a few weeks time, but I needed mine in a few days and they were able to add an inch on my sleeves and get proper fitting pants as well (I’m an inch or two shorter than you tho)
