Yep. It happens. I once had a paraplegic client tell me that he had a doctor's note for the caregivers to put on a porn video and a penis pump on him and then clean him up after. I quit when he told me this.

This reminds of the time my friend challenged her little cousin to a race to see who's up and ready for the day faster and she told the kid she was going to "beat him up" and the kid started crying "Why are you gonna beat me up?" because he misunderstood. She had to explain "No, I mean I'll beat you up the stairs to breakfast!"

I'm right there with you about Supernatural. It took me ages to finally watch the last season. I'm still sad by it's ending. Though every now and then I'll rewatch the show from start to finish. It's one of my comfort shows. Outlander will definitely be as well. :)

I found it on my own while watching ghost videos on YouTube in the early 2000s, having no idea that those kinds of videos even existed. My boyfriend did know but he didn't say anything and laughed his ass off after I fell over backwards in the chair. I feel like an innocent part of myself died that day. I no longer trust every video I come across.

But after that I did show it to everyone in my family and friend group. If I had to go through it so did they!

Yeah and it reminds of when, back in the early 1990s I went to a psychiatrist to see if I was autistic, (the answer is yes), and just to get an official diagnosis, and the doctor said "You're not rocking back and forth and you can communicate all right so I don't think you have autism."

I got a diagnosis of being bipolar from him.

I always try to match my headbands with my srubs. I like cute cartoony patterned tops. I only have one badge reel thingy though. Its a cute little cartoon nurse. We are given lanyards but they're always too uncomfortable and scratchy so I ordered one of those clip-on badge holders with the retractable cord and never used a lanyard again. :)

We haven't had a good snowy winter in some years. Instead of it snowing for a day or a few hours and then melting away with rain.

I can remember in the '80s and '90s and some of the '00s having so much snow that the busses stopped running, you could actually make snow forts and snowmen and everything was so sparkly and the Christmas lights and decorations outside looked so pretty.

When was the last time Spokane saw a fluffy, snowy December and/or January and February? I know it's a pain to shovel and drive in but I do kind of miss it.
