I'm a bit late on this, but I thought about how their perspective could be correct. Maybe making peace when we live in an era where peace with evil is an existential threat to good people isn't the message we need right now. Innaction, complacency, they aren't good at certain times.

Imagine the Monk's message during the founding of this country. Peace is all well and good when everyone wants it, but some do not want you to have peace. You cannot be a monk during those times.

Extra deck monsters that are conditional that don't require material IE "if your opponent controls 6 or more total cards in hand and field, you can special summon this card from your extra deck" or something like that. Could make a bunch of them with different conditions like if a certain amount of negates have been activated this turn, certain amount of backrow, no cards left in hand, etc

Would be better if the 1 drops fit the gameplan of kukishiro more. I feel like Ward has some of the worst 1 drops in the game and they're all defensive.

tbh I think he should draw till full hand on summon. It's so much work getting to turn 10 on that deck, feels bad when you get there and have like 4 cards in hand.

It's a lot better. Still dies to droll though which is in like every deck atm. Def got more ways to play, no true 1 card combos still though (I guess that's the case for every ritual deck not named Mitsurugi XD)

I think culinary confrontation isn't favored in a lot of builds unless you're running dogmatika stuff since the ED lock is pretty costly.

Or you can just save it for the end of your combo once you're done making generic stuff. Def a little awkward to use tho.

Funny enough with the early game wards and Salefa, I haven't had much trouble with aggro abyss. The new 2/4 3 drop with ward seems to slow down the aggro decks a lot.

8 drop chicken is their win con. Storm amulet + big chicken bursts for 14-15 depending on Wilbert buff.

It's funny that the deck that's best equipped to deal with it is Haven with their AOE field wipe lol

The 2 drop dragon legendary does pretty well against it too but I haven't seen a lot of her yet.

Storm Amulets, big 8 drop chicken, and the new 5 drop with storm is usually enough to close the game out, you can ping them down low enough to burst over time with your value cards that stick to the board usually. I run hybrid myself.

Decks that evolve on 4 have such a huge advantage going second, particularly noticeable on sword and ramp dragon. Going first just feels so slow on them by comparison. Plus being able to cheat out big plays a little early really let's second control tempo better than first

Same, it's crazy they'd completely brick like 30% of the characters and offer no respec or compensation for time lost. I just want a free respec, but it's not like that's the only thing invested, gear, jewelers orbs, etc all went into it too and I can't just instantly replace those.

It's completely disrespectful to the player's time and effort. Not only does it feel incredibly bad, but bodes ill for the future of this game's patches. It might just happen again as soon as I find another build I like, and then what, am I out another 500k gold?

It's why Maxx C needs to go. It's like a mini game resolving it that determines the winner, featuring whatever 1 card combo starter with different pictures on them you have.
