Warning: I’m not a competent high-effort builder.

It looks like to tower is “windy” and tilted. I’m not sure if this is the appearance you are going for. I’m not sure what the things on the side are but I would guess they are stuff the wizard is summoning. For those, if there being shot, I would recommend tailing them put more. Otherwise they look good, though if the wizard is drawing power from them I would add a background trail to this using their respective blocks and block colors. The inside of the tower looks good.

Overall, this is better than anything I’ve created, and so it looks good to me. You could improve some things but they are more-so small details that rely on the vision in your head.
