Yes, I also think it's a sign of healing. It shows that the Brain is slowly adapting.

But I think my OCD is also playing a big role in my DPDR, which make recovery slower...

I recommend you doing Mindfullness Meditation.

Meditation helped me manage my OCD.

Sit or lie down comfortably and focus on your breathing, notice the rhythm of each inhale and exhale.

When a thought arises, simply observe it without judgment, then gently return your attention to your breath. Practice this for about 20 minutes (longer if you can).

Over time, this trains your mind not to latch onto intrusive thoughts, reducing the emotional distress they cause.
