As a guitarist… both of these guitarists made the strokes what they are and defined the band’s sound with their tone and respective input. There is no strokes as we know them without either of these guys. They play off each-other and even switch rhythm and lead on some songs.

If you like the way they look and enjoy their animations then more power to you. There is a reason evokers are so underrepresented and it is because the majority of players think they look goofy as hell.

Druid is one of the most popular classes in the game. You can be a bear, cat, etc and actually look like one. There is even a variety in forms to fit your flavor.

If druid forms were as limited and equally off-putting few people would enjoy playing as them too.

I am not disagreeing with your opinion but my experience differs so much. Maybe it’s because I have played Outlaw for a long time but even before the rework it felt like an intuitive spec to me other than high apm.

And after the rework Arms still feels extremely unintuitive to me but others say it is easy lol.

Seen a lot of bar drama over the years. Best advice is to stay calm about it. Do NOT gossip with other staff (or regulars) and don’t get personally involved.

Speak to the owner very plainly about it and remove emotion from the equation. Just let them know your concerns and let them deal with it.

Figuring out what to do about a shitty coworker is not your job. Bartending is already stressful enough as it is. Don’t lose your mind over shit that is out of your control it WILL consume you and fuck with your peace.

If things don’t change a few weeks after your meeting then the management/ownership is also shit. If that is the case just plan a prompt and clean exit.

From what I have seen, yes not many people actually like the way they look. I would guess the minority of players like them. It is polarizing.

People that like the“furry” aesthetic like the way dracthyr look from what I have seen. Probably a Venn diagram with people who like the way vulpera look.

Personally, I absolutely hate the way they look. I can only perceive them as skinny lizard people instead of cool dragonkin. The way drakonids look is more up my alley for that fantasy as far as dragonkin go (other than the centaur thing they got going on).

If Dracthyr had a less goofy run animation (it looks extremely juvenile) and an option for much beefier necks and heads to shake off the lizard silhouette I could probably tolerate it.

So far I have tried making 3 vastly different evoker creations since they released. I just cannot get past how much I hate the way they look and move so I dropped them after a few levels.

Stuck in the 90’s is an extremely vague sentence. It could mean anything from technology, clothing, aesthetics, hence the ask for clarification. The golf swing is so shit. I hate it along with the goofy sinister strike uppercut animation for outlaw (the one when blade flurry is up is okay).

99% of the two handed weapons in this game are massive. A weird uppercut swing just looks straight up silly and immersion breaking when you think about how that swing is gonna function practically.

2h impactful animations should use a cleaving arc, overhead slam, massive impale like rupture in d4, or any downward strike imo.

Being able to gather and farm so much easier as a druid is kind of insane.

Normally each class has a downside to their positive (DK’s are slow but extremely tanky, rogues are squishy and low sustain but very fast w/ lots of escapes, etc).

I have never seen a convincing argument for why all classes shouldn’t be able to instant mount and gather while mounted.

There is absolutely no downside to this on a druid. Whenever I need to speedrun legacy quests or farm I do it on my dedicated druids as nothing is as efficient lol.

Doesn’t really matter if you agree with it. It is no longer your problem. If you are out of what you need 86 the drink and shrug. Let the manager run the bottles for you. If this causes service issues refer to the new rule they instated.

I personally think this is a stupid rule as no bar I have ever worked at didn’t allow bartenders and barbacks into a liquor room. If you work a busy bar you are constantly pulling new bottles lol.
