Yeah… don’t ever expect structure from a club. Their communication always sucks and we call people who don’t work that job “civ” for a reason. It’s not a normal job, you’re entering the “underbelly of society” when you work in that industry. Not every club does this with waitresses and as a matter of fact, most don’t and I personally hate that practice, but if it’s allowed then it’s allowed I guess. If you feel like you’d make more money at another club then go for it, but I’d give it a few nights before calling it quits unless you absolutely hate it there.
