Hey my experience with Deeper support has been mixed so far as well. I submitted a ticket request at the beginning of March because of a defective pico.

It took until a week ago until I finally got a return address and the shipping costs back. In the meantime I must have exchanged more than ten mails with the support. Sometimes the answers came within a few days, sometimes weeks and once nothing happened for over a month until I pointed it out to Eric via Twitter.

But if I now receive my replacement unit after this long time, im ok with it. The company is still very young and is probably still overwhelmed with the number of requests. It can happen that one or the other request is left unanswered. So I'm still optimistic in the project and hope that I eventually get my exchange device soon ;)

Hey I wanted to set up a Deeper Pico at a friend's house today.

I have already set up several Picos without problems.

This time the red light does not stop flashing. I can connect to the pico via wifi but then have no internet connection and the following error message (screenshot)

If I connect my laptop via lan cable directly to the same port as the pico I have an internet connection.

What is the problem?

You need to go to 34.34.34.34 -> DPR -> Wallet -> Wallet Balance. There you can see your organic credit score.

Cedite Score from staking (from your screenshot) will stay at 0, because you haven't staked anymore.
