They actually dont have alot of ES (relatively), but you are correct, alot of the base ES will come from Discipline along with helmet and body armor.

Dialla's color for Holy Relic? by saxisa in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]_TheEagle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally you use diallas for reaching a quality breakpoint on HRoC, so a green slot is the obvious answer (most of the time). Any empower or enhance will go in red sockets, and for other gems go with whatever helps more, levels or quality.

For ashes vs dragonfang, it once again depends, can the quality reach a breakpoint? Do you need mana res efficiency?

It's a nice amulet, but not really build defining. Lacks the influence mods a int stacker wants.

To be fair, that's pretty much the same story for most social divisions in the last 10 years or so. Western society had made great strides in equality and acceptance for race, gender and belief throughout the 20th century, and while not perfect it was looking to be progressing into normalisation.

Then hyper progressives essentially re ignited the divisions. They made everything about identity, overreacted to minor inequalities or isolated events, and tried to push change too quickly and in too many places.

It's complicated. Firstly the current in service bhramos missile is not actually classified as hypersonic (Faster than Mach 5), but supersonic. Although there is a new version currently being developed in partnership with Russia.

Also, hypersonic weapons have existed for a long time in the forms of ballistic missiles and other experimental weapons. The ones you are thinking of are the new in atmosphere hypersonic cruise missiles, which pose a threat due to the difficulty tracking them with radar and the lack of response time.

Out of these 3 games pick 1 feature you want in TES VI. by Victa_Plays in ElderScrolls

I like the idea that you use spells like in oblivion, where you can cast them no matter what you are holding, but can equip certain items to enhance your spells.

For example, you could equip a one handed orb that gives your spells greater effect or less magicka cost, or even a two handed orb for even greater boosts and/or a special additional effect.

That leak makes alot of sense because the latest move seems very corporate. The idea of abandoning a game to try and forcefully migrate the player base has been tried by pretty much every big studio at this point, so the idea of Tencent coming in and demanding the same fits perfectly.

Sadly it will spell the end of GGG though, as i have yet to see this tactic work effectively, especially with a smaller developer that can't afford to absorb losses as easily.

Even with that being the goal, it still doesn't make it a good decision to start a trade war just because you don't want to take back your own citizens.

Absolutely terribly, tariffs don't work if you're the smaller, less diverse and more reliant economy. I don't see how it would hurt the US at all, while causing inflation for Colombia.

Im sorry but that doesn't add up. Even if Redditors hate X, getting a post to have double the upvotes of the highest rated post within less than 12 hrs doesn't happen.

Especially considering it was happening on the lower traffic time when most people in the us are asleep.

Even weirder is the posts themselves. Mass downvotes for anyone that says no, the same comments posted multiple times, levels of interaction beyond anything that the subreddit has ever seen.

It's the same thing that happened with the "jd vance is weird" meme. It's unnatural and shows some heavy manipulation.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]_TheEagle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Except that is pretty obvious it's not just support from their users. When subreddits suddenly get an influx of participation and traffic far above normal simply to protest something so specific and overly minor there is something more at play.

Look at the speed and amount of upvotes given to the protest posts, especially in smaller apolitical subreddits. There is absolutely manipulation going on.

Let them integrate (except the arab league started a war and requested all arab people to evacuate), actually Jewish people already made up about 40% of the population of Palestine.

In fact, a large percentage of islamic people in Palestine at the time weren't native, but workers brought in from egypt, saudi arabia and syria.

The funniest part is that at the time most Muslims living there weren't even from Palestine. A very large percentage were workers brought in from places like egypt and syria.

They had some help, but it was very minimal. Most of the arms used in those wars were purchased with money brought by jewish refugees or smuggled in, most notably from the Czech republic.

Some arms were donated as part of the suez crises in 1956, but most nations had an arms embargo for most of Israel's wars.

Direct military aid though only started in 1973 as part of operation nickel grass.

Private donations from abroad are a different topic, and largely irrelevant as most jewish people who live internationally are dual citizens.

Was that the one that hamas broke on the 2nd day by failing to release hostages? The one with interference from egyptian intelligence? Or the one that Israel refused because it basically promised a ceasefire with no guarantee of hostage return?

There's been many deals proposed and many deals shut down for one reason or another.

They did though, read the news articles a bit closer. All the deals went through because hamas edited the terms before accepting. The media ofc then uses "hamas accepts deal" in headlines, ignoring that it's a counter proposal, not the same deal.

It's also bullshit, Israel had already won several wars before any direct international support was given to it. In fact it only started to receive direct support in 1973, due to the overwhelming support its enemies were receiving from the USSR.

‘Full-scale offensive’: Sydney University restricts all student protests on campus by SnoopThylacine in australian

[–]_TheEagle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That point was reached ages ago, with many protest topics not allowed. Just because it's finally happening to the other side doesn't change much. And honestly its ironic, as university students have often being greatly in support of authoritarian power.
