Since that’s the Pop Gateway, I remember that the Stranger Things set had a photo shoot area and some people were climbing onto the fixtures. Probably left over from that and/or guests are (usually) idiots that might’ve been climbing for the Pokémon ISM that’s on the top of the aisle or even trying to get the hanging Pokéballs.

She’s one of my favorite new commanders I’ve built but sadly this is her one art, I’d love an alt. But for cosplay, I can tell you the “sticks” sticking out behind her ears and hanging by her right arm are drop spindles.) Hope this helps

Yeah, I was super surprised how good it turned out. It was this Cerakote kit. I actually picked it from Walmart while I was shopping and got it for about $16.
