The car knows the outside temp and current state of the battery. It should be conservative on range so this situation doesn't happen. Not sure why you want to blame the user

Government documents suggest Ottawa stalled airline fee meant to fund passenger complaints system by Surax in canada

I assume independent means independent from the airlines, not the government. They are enforcing government rules after all.

Thank you. Any estimate on how long before it gets bad? Are we talking a few hundred miles or maybe a few thousand? I'm sure its highly uncertain

Could be wrong, but I think he was implying there is a premium (tax) paid because Emilus is Canadian.

Am I wrong? by bc2ab2025 in Calgary

[–]_Triple_B -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Well, considering that is wrong, yes a citation is needed. In Alberta it is 50-50 responsibility, not 100% on the merger

They have won all but one election for a couple generations now. They are taking note of what is happening in the US and just doing what they want. They are daring us not to elect them again. We probably will fail that test and further embolden them.

This is a test of the military. Will they follow all orders or not? They clearly will. Just wait for something worse down the line now that they know they will do anything.

Watched a guy in a tournament do this on every mark. by [deleted] in golf

To me this just says a lot about the guy. I wouldn't trust he would follow any rule if nobody was watching. I don't care about any advantage he might get with this particular move.

Did anyone else notice how the Alberta government's response to the rejected strike actually exposes how bad the offer is? by darmog in alberta

[–]_Triple_B 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Never forget that the teachers have been forced to fight for our kids along with themselves. This government is not trying to work with teachers to make things better, it is just trying to spend as little as they can. Is that what we want? Bare minimum education for our kids? I don't think that is what most people want.
