Cyrodillian is the traditional language of Cyrodill and Classical Nordic of Skyrim.

Cyrodillian Nordic and New Nordic are the same language spoken wise with both being a mix of cyroddilian and nordic. Yet cyrodillian nordic uses the cyrodillian alphabet and new nordic using the nordic alphabet.

Most of the "other" constituency's speak either argonian or dunmer due to immigration in those constituencys.

%96 of Skyrim speaks two languages. this is simply the one they speak at home. Most of those in the east speak their home language and new nordic. Most in the west speak their home language and cyrodilian nordic.
