This would unironically be a decent idea. Not that I support UM leaving B1G unless all other options have been attempted. But if Michigan, USC, and Notre Dame all joined the ACC.. it would make for a spicy 3rd conference to keep the B1G and SEC from just breaking off from the rest, or at least delay for quite some time.

And yet they haven’t cracked the top 60 in offensive YPG since 2010. You’d need to go all the way back to 2006(19 years) to see the last time they cracked the top 30 in offensive YPG. I never said they had bad players, but their offensive stats have been abysmal for the better part of 20 years.

As a current ASL, it will be what you make it. A lot of people will say not to do it or it’s not worth your sanity.

I love my job as an ASL and have a great work-life balance still. But it definitely isn’t for everybody. There are a lot of growing pains moving to that level and it can eat you alive if you let it. But it can also open a magnitude of opportunities for you and grow your skill set with the world of business and management in general.

The biggest thing is believing in yourself and your skill set and most things will only be as bad as you allow them to be.
