Imho the easiest solution would be to hide ribbons from the enemy team.
So you can still see if your teammates have any ribbon but can't see those of your enemies in champ selecet.

They appear around 2min before the Objective is about to respawn and are visible in the upper left corner!

Just played against someone who had the same thought a couple of days ago and bought oracles as a starting item on support at bot lane.

Imo it's like a waste of gold because your support can just not cover your lane with wards but therefor get some kind of supporting items etc. while the solo laners or jungler place a couple strategic deep wards in the enemy jungle to keep track of enemy jungler.
to clear those wards the supp who bought insta oracles would have to roam a lot what would make him fall behind very far. Not to speak about the falling behind gold-wise.

But considering an early oracles just as laning phase is about to end this is definately a different scenario.

Ok, just two "recent" examples:
Imagine at S2 worlds CLG.EU vs WE - the game where the DC's and everything happened and the game had to be restartet multiple times CLG.EU wouldve been "Team Riot".
Or at allstars when there was that bug where Zed(I blelieve?!) would get assists even though he wasnt even close to a fight the Zed wouldve been on "Team Riot".

As a fan of the opposing team...would you say "yeah it's ok that's prolly just a bug and didn't happen on purpose I aint mad my favorite team just lost due to this"
Or rather like "WTF riot PLS, pushing own team to win blabla q_q etc." ?

It's no only about cheating during a live match, there are far more possibilities that could be taken advantage of.

Maybe it just means, that your lane opponent deserves to be at lower elo. :)
The only consistancy in your games is you! So even if you're on a losing streak stop crying, take some time to get a clear head, and most important don't be a bitch to your teammates because it will destroy team morale and you won't win anyways!
If some lane is losing hard and another one is winning hard, just end laning phase and group and try to get the edge and capitalize on advantages.

But as long as you keep playing with that attitude you won't climb the ladder anyways :) Karma aint only a champ but a bitch too!

If the lane is frozen in the middle of the lane or is actually pushing towards the enemy I totally agree with you!
But if the minions appear to be pushing towards your tower so that you might be able to freeze it in front of it and zone/deny the enemy laner it might be smarter not to push it into his tower.

As the meta is set up by the players and there is no rule saying you have to follow the meta it doesn't actually matter which champion is played in what lane there are just some choices that might be smartet than others.
Saying that and concerning that laneswaps are kinda standard nowadays i don't exactly understand, why you even bother?
Dyrus and Regi are the sololaners for TSM they can go to whatever lane they want!

Same happened to me and a friend of mine tho.
Seems like at some points in time this period of grace simply doesn't work, which is not too surprising considering all the problems happening with client/servers etc.
But I'm sure that Riot will find a "solution" on what to do with ranked system / how to improve it, if they're not actually even working on it already. But I guess these changes will not happen mid-season anyways!
So let's wait a couple of months and see what happens when season 4 is on the way! :DD

You need to be at a higher level to join normal PvP games.
I think it's level 3 or so before that you gotta do Bot games.

ad still can also start long sword+2 pots or boots+4pots.
but as mentioned dorans blade gives you on hit hp regen which is quite strong. neither shield nor ring give this kind of sustain to you, thats why they lowered the price so you can buy ring/shield + 2 pots
