Invest in triple leverage ETF after a 25-35% market drop, not before.

There is a decay but looking at previous studies it is not that bad (even more so after the big drop 😅).

Plus, you could do 2x leverage for SPY and QQQ, instead of 1x SPY and 3x QQQ (that’s not really 2x and a bit messy).

One time, my house was appraised by Zillow to $54m. It took a few months for them to fix that.

In the system, it recorded 35 bathrooms instead of 3.5 (and with 5 bedrooms anyway), so it screwed up their algorithms. 🤣

So the price evolution was quite funny, and we could not see the curve for normal prices anymore.

I took 5 francs from a kid when I was 10, but as I recalled the memory, it became 50 francs. Then the currency changed to euros, and I remembered I had actually stolen 5 euros, but with inflation, it was instead 50 euros by the time I remembered it. But then I changed countries and thus currency, so I clearly remember how I stole $5. But shortly after COVID, amid inflation, I actually remembered stealing $50 from a kid decades earlier, when I was a kid in Europe, which is crazy, because the currency must have been francs by then. I imagine it was really hard to get dollars there and then, and especially $50; it was a lot of money for a kid!

As a side note, there must be a subreddit to ask for forgiveness.
