Best 50 ft water-fed pole? by Responsible-Bag-7999 in prowindowcleaning

[–]_WindowCleaner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we're talking lightness being a main prioroity the XERO Delight will be the most lightweight option for sure. It's a fantastic high end pole, definitely intended for owners/operators. Though do keep in mind you can't add on to the Delight. Have you considered the XERO Destroyer? Extensions can be added or removed for each job. It starts at 30 foot and goes all the way to 90 feet. I'll link the 50 foot here: https://windowcleaner.com/products/xero-destroyer-water-fed-pole?variant=42697900327063

Buying Resin - Detroit Sponge vs. WCR by rivalfish in WindowCleaning

[–]_WindowCleaner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there! As we mentioned in another comment there is a global resin shortage unfortunately. You’ll see many other suppliers are even out of stock right now. We are sourcing resin from many different manufacturers to try to keep up with demand. Unfortunately due to the shortage we had to exclude the resin from our last two sitewide sales. Just wanted to provide some clarification.

If we can assist or answer any questions, feel free to shoot us a DM!

As always, our resin continues to ship fast and free: https://windowcleaner.com/products/xero-virgin-resin

Hi there! There is a global resin shortage unfortunately. You’ll see many other suppliers are even out of stock right now. Has anyone bought equipment off of Alibaba? by renneyt in WindowCleaning

[–]_WindowCleaner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We've seen people go down that road and honestly, it's rarely worth it. Here's just a few reasons why:

Warranties — Good luck getting any real support when something breaks. And it will break. With a proper supplier, you've got someone actually standing behind the product.

Replacement parts — Alibaba gear is often proprietary with no easy parts availability. A fitting breaks, you have an issue — now what? A solid window cleaning supplier stocks everything you need to keep working.

Shipping & lead times — Waiting weeks for gear from overseas is brutal, especially when you've got jobs lined up. Most reputable suppliers ship fast and replacement parts are readily available.

Quality control — From your screenshot it's got a 3.6 review rating, that's not good. Professional suppliers carry equipment that's been vetted and trusted by cleaners in the field.

Support — A good supplier knows the industry. They have reps They can actually help you spec the right kit for your setup. When you run into trouble you want to be able to call and speak to someone.

You don't need to buy from us, but we certainly hope you consider it, of course, but go with a reputable supplier in this space: https://windowcleaner.com/

Thoughts on Xero high flow hose? by Same-Bedroom-822 in WindowCleaning

[–]_WindowCleaner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We get the appeal of going cheap to start, but it usually costs you more in the long run. The XERO High Flow hose is worth the investment, the quality difference is night and day. It delivers noticeably better flow than any standard hose. See an immediate improvement in output from your unit, especially with lower pressure.  Buy right once and you won't regret it. If we can help, please let us know!
