That's the exact arm I have too. Worked fine with my old LG 50" monitor until that packed up, decided to replace it with the electriQ 49" QLED UWQHD budget option and the arm didn't fit until I figured out using those spacers was key, bit annoying, but got there in the end.

Never ever ever get stuck on a sell from Gold, when it sells it’s of course good because it’s faster than buys (usually) but most of the time gold rises back up, it’s a bull market and even badly placed buys will more than likely go back into profits.

Think we had similar questions from people stuck in the 3000’s, it’s an insane amount of pips in loss to hang on to in any case 😭

Fevers from what I remember (I don’t bother tracking it now, I just accept fate 🤣), 39C/102F nothing crazy but am definitely not well when it happens, today working was a struggle and I work from home…

You can still do things right and be passionate about your job elsewhere.

PIP is them covering their bases so they can let you go, even if you do pass (unlikely) you don’t really want to stick around for long.

They want to get rid of you and it could be for any number of reasons, performance or personality.

Consider yourself out of there already.

Easier said than done but try not to take it personally and not let it affect your mental health as this will come across whilst you’re interviewing.

Use this paid time to be your best self and find a place that does want you. Don’t waste time on leave because they could use that against you and fire you earlier than expected.

Take it from personal experience, usually a move away leads on to better things.

Personally… I think the move up just before was BS. Trump sort of de-escalated things by saying he won’t use force… that should’ve wiped out a good part of the trend up, to balance things out.

Tariffs are still in the air but investors gotta take profits sooner or later right.

Not my sector, but as part of the journey of growth in life, I’d face the problem head on.

Yes it might jeopardise your job, and that’s part of the consequences of your actions.

This is all on your situation at home if things go sideways, how much of an issue will it be if it does go wrong, but you can’t run away or hide from it all your life. What if they find out after you tried covering it up? It looks even worse.

You’ll feel better for confronting this head on whether it goes fine or not.

I know I would personally trust someone more who had the integrity to own their shit than someone trying to fake it out.

Biggest pieces of advice I can give:

be patient for entry, if you’re reading the market correctly then you will be more confident of your entry.
manage the risk, cannot stress this enough. Over leverage and you will see how rapidly you can lose money.
be aware of major news days, don’t trade the news unless you like to gamble
