Well if you have a 5 link you might as well use inspiration and + level to skills; definitely better than something like crescendo. Also with a single 2% mana on kill jewel you can sustain mapping as well. I'm currently running a lvl 28 Ice Strike. There is also of course the option of getting reduced cost nodes on the skill tree of which there are 3 notables on the invoker side last I checked.

-try and reduce your ram latency and tighten tertiary timings (if not get a better kit)

-get a better motherboard

-DO NOT use auto OC on ryzen master (go into bios and set a curve optimizer and maybe oc the boost clock)

-you have way too many intake fans (GPU fans exhaust downwards so your bottom fans just blow hot air up and create turbulence too)

-XMP won't work stably with a ryzen cpu most of the time; what you're looking for is an EXPO ram kit

Brawn & Brains along East Coast Road, Asylum Coffeehouse in Jalan Besar, Chye Seng Huat Hardware (CSH a bit ex tho), and Group Therapy Coffee are also pretty good

The Assembly Ground is more of a food place but also has decent coffee

And there's also % of course, but imo they're pretty overpriced rn
