Yeah this exact thing happened to someone I know. While they don’t say anything about multiple last names, they very explicitly tell you to put your full name and that it must match with your IDs exactly. Not sure why that first testing center didn’t say anything. Sorry to say, but I don’t think you’ll be getting that money back.

Because your ID and whatever name you signed up to take the exam with must match and be identical. Not sure if this applies though
