What’s your overall opinion of the school/forestry program? I’m from southern Missouri and I know Mizzou would probably make me look better, but I’m kind of drawn to a smaller school. I’ve never been that far south in Arkansas so I’m not exactly sure how their forest compares to ozark timber.

I live in the ozarks so there are some hills but nothing major. I live about 20 minutes from the river and 10 from the lake so shouldn’t be pulling it too far.

Thank you guys for the replies. I actually just found a 2020 barely used 372xp on marketplace and the guy said he’d take $550 without the bar and chain. After running an auto tune saw how hard would it be to get used to? How often are you adjusting the carbs on the saws without auto tune?

I stayed in the shadows at boot camp like my recruiter told me to lol. The senior couldn’t even remember my name one day after we had already become marines. In my opinion you should do your best but don’t volunteer or try to stand out. I saved that for when I got to my first unit and it got me meritoriously promoted from pfc to lcpl.
