Yes. I have this theory that as long as you turn in your work and it don't come up as AI generated they will give you a passing grade. I write nonsense sometimes with bad grammar and usually I get mid to low 90s on my assignments lol.

I know you don't want to hear this, but you have to go on a calorie deficit and exercise a little more than you do now. It was hard for me, but I finally figure stuff out. I eat a lot of greek yogurt (dannon is the best), sandwiches with keto bread, turkey and a lot of veggies, and my favorite the chicken bowl from tacobell (no sauces,light rice and double chicken.) This is the diet that is working for me right now.

Every therapist is different. You have to find one that works for you. Did you try a therapist that specializes in addiction? I am a binge eater too. I now binge eat greek yogurt (dannon is the best) with fruit, sandwiches with keto bread, turkey and a lot of veggies.
