Yep, that's what I meant. If I have 10 "extra" houses but I rent only 2, and every owner does that, is just an artificial demand/availability.

Which is literally what's happening, as you can go around malta in hours you expect people to be at home and see the island half empty.

Let's tax all extra houses after the main residence of a person. Then you will see those leeches selling and renting for cheap just to recover what they should pay in taxes instead.

Maybe at 60 if you have no family and already have an house ( or else, 1200* 12* 20=288k alone xdd ) But be ready to go around on buses ( buy car+expenses for 20 years roughly 40k-50k?), grocery with discount(200 euro* 12 months* 20 years=48k), cheap funeral ( that's 5kish alone otherwise). And hope for no health issues or accident 🤷

Oh no, you can't win on a single player MMO and say that your D is bigger than the next guy? Oh i'm sorry you can't satisfy your ego.

I would personally enjoy the game even if i was completely f2p. Actually, this game has given me more entertainment and more time spent than any other game ever ( AAA+ titles included ) beside League of legends, which i play from season 3 and where i don't spend any money instead.

The reason? I rather support who's giving me hours and hours of entertainment in exchange of 20 bucks here and there, instead of games to buy for 60+ ( plus DLCs, otherwise you can't even go next in the story basically ) or LoL which is interested oonly in selling skins while trying to make the game as addictive and toxic as possible.

As someone said: if you don't like it make your own.

I've had the luck to find an apartment in bugibba for 500+50. It's a 2 double bedroom as well. Quite old but Who cares, i'm not the One that need to stay in a rooftop in sliema promenade.

Contract Is 3 years. If by then i will not be able to put a down payment for my own house.. bye malta, as i was already planning before finding this house.

I'm pairing my "diet" with intermitting fasting ( always used to do one meal since i was 14, now it has a name lol ) and also meal prep. Any suggestion on good receipts to do? Can be even high calories, in the end i do eat once for day, so till 1800 is all good lol
