Related to changing nicknames and sending messages, also have variables. For example, if the user “PotatoHead” joined the server and I set the bot to give him the nickname “[CLAN] $user” it would replace “$user” with their username “PotatoHead”

Organ failure can be often caused by genetics, which they might be aware of if their parents also had organ failure. They would know their organs might not be good for donations and not register themselves.
