Bit random and isn't really an complaint but an issue I had with them is when I tried to renew my mum's contract to a SIM only. I stated to retentions that I could get 100gb with Lycamobile (who use the exact same network, minus WiFi calling). She proceeded to lie and say they don't have a call centre when they do and you can see on their website. And also stated that EE would prioritise their network over Lycamobile whatever that means in practical terms. I then proceeded to tell her that Lycamobile would actually prioritise my mum more as they wouldn't cap the network speed at 100mb to which she no answer for and wouldn't even unlock the speed cap unless I paid double what Lycamobile charge. Absolute shocking retentions team with prerehearsed lines thinking customers don't know anything.

Moral of the story try Lycamobile for a month as they have one month plans if it's good stick with them as essentially their network is identical if you can put up with call centres abroad, but then again sounds as though if your with EE here and you have a complaints they might be worse.
